Vroozi, a Los Angeles, CA-based mobile-first, purchasing and spend management platform, has appointed SaaS and finance industry leader Gregg Parise as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Parise joined the company from his most recent role as CEO of Events.com. As CEO, he will focus on overall innovation, culture and elevating its purchasing suite. He plans to increase the company’s revenue growth, while up-leveling its quality solution for the procure-to-pay marketplace.
As Parise assumes the CEO role, Former CEO, Steve Olds, will stay on as President and Chairman of Vroozi.
Led by Parise and Shaz Khan, Co-Founder and CSO, Vroozi provides a cloud-based business purchasing platform for companies who want their employees connect with their suppliers and maintain spend visibility from anywhere, anytime. Customers range from the mid-market to Fortune 1000 companies and enterprises across several industries – entertainment, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, defense and services.
The company raised $4m in funding in August 2016.
