Bayshore Networks Closes Over $11M Series A Venture Capital Funding

Bayshore Networks, a Bethesda, MD-based provider of cyber protection for industrial infrastructure, closed a more than $11M Series A venture capital funding.

Benhamou Global Ventures (BGV), made the investment which brought total funding to $15M. Other backers included Trident Capital Cybersecurity, Yokogawa, Samsung Next. In conjunction with the funding, Anik Bose, General Partner at BGV, has joined Bayshore’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to grow go-to-market channels, and further develop its industrial cyber protection platform.

Led by Mike Dager, CEO, Bayshore Networks provides an industrial cyber protection technology for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications, providing enterprises with visibility into their Operational Technology infrastructure while protecting ICS systems, industrial applications, networks, machines, and workers from cyber threats.
Strategic partners include among others Arista, AT&T, BAE, Cisco, Dell, SAP, VMware, and Yokogawa.
