Blueface, a Dublin, EIRE-based Unified Communications-as-a-Service Provider to businesses, enterprises and carriers, raised €10m in funding.
BDO Development Capital Fund made the investment. As part of the round, Anthony O’Driscoll, Investment Director of The BDO Development Capital Fund, joined the Blueface Board.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate international expansion plans and add 80 additional jobs in Ireland and abroad over 5 years.
Founded in 2004 and led by CEO Alan Foy, Blueface provides SMEs through to large multinational enterprises with a proprietary cloud voice platform featuring flexible and scalable UC solutions across hosted voice, landline and mobile services, messaging, conferencing, global services, workforce mobility and a suite of cloud based business applications.
The company currently has over 50 employees operating from its headquarters in Dublin.
