Tushy, a NYC-based chic bidet attachment brand, raised $500K in seed funding.
The round was led by Propulsion Capital with participation from angels including Luke Sherwin and Neil Parikh of Casper and Zachary Werner of Poln.
The company intends to use the funds for manufacturing, continued marketing and hiring efforts as well as for online penetration.
Founded by Miki Agrawal and led by Monica Pereira, CEO, Tushy provides a a butt spray in the form of an easy-to-install modern bidet attachment that enables people feel cleaner. The company is also committed to making clean water and toilets attainable to all by partnering with Samagra. For every unit sold, a developing country receives more accessible toilets.
