Critical Informatics, a Bremerton and Seattle, WA-based provider of managed cyber-security solutions, closed a $3.25m Series A funding.
The round was led by Alan Frazier’s East Seattle Partners.
The company will use the funds to invest in product development, sales, and marketing.
Led by newly appointed CEO Garrett Silver, Mike Hamilton, founder and Chief Information Security Officer; Mike Simon, Chief Technical Officer; and Fred Langston, who heads up consulting and professional services, Critical Informatics provides a managed cyber-security detection and response service to mid-sized organizations, particularly government agencies and healthcare and financial services companies.
