Blockchain Capital, a San Francisco, CA-based venture capital firm investing in blockchain technology companies, announced the first investors in its recently launched digital liquid venture fund.
Early backers included ConsenSys Head of Global Business Development Andrew Keys, Civic co-founder and CEO Vinny Lingham, and Bloq co-founder and Chairman Matthew Roszack.
Blockchain Capital III Digital Liquid Venture Fund, LP, is being raised through a digital token offering, called the BCAP Token, bookrun by The Argon Group, via its subsidiary Argon Investment Management LLC, under Regulation D Section 506(c) and Regulation S exemptions from registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
