PhenixP2P Inc., a Chicago, IL-based provider of real-time video streaming solutions, closed a $3.5m Series A funding.

The round was led by KB Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Keith Bank, Managing Partner of KB Partners, joined Phenix’ board.

The company, which has raised over $5.5m in total funding to date, intends to use the funds for the continued development of its proprietary real-time video streaming platform, and accelerate sales and marketing efforts.
