Whatfix, a Sunnyvale, CA-based software platform for enterprises to accelerate product adoption and user performance, completed a $3.5m Series A financing.
The round was led by Stellaris Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Helion Venture Partners, Powerhouse Ventures and Gokul Rajaram, Girish Mathrubootham, Aneesh Reddy and Vispi Daver. In conjunction with the funding, Alok Goyal from Stellaris Venture Partners will join the Whatfix Board of Directors.
The company, which has raised $5m in total funding, will use the capital to strengthen its R&D and expand its global presence.
Led by Khadim Batti, CEO and Co-Founder, Whatfix provides a B2B SaaS based Performance Support platform built with real-time interactive guidance technology at its core. The solution enables users to achieve optimal performance by providing them with quick access to contextual information, needed at the time a task is being performed. With Whatfix, enterprises enable their users to quickly adopt any software application thereby eliminating the time spent in referring multiple resources for help and support.
Whatfix’s platform has been adopted by hundreds of businesses, including enterprises like HP, AAA, Booking.com (The Priceline Group), NASA, CNA Financial and Wyndham Worldwide.
