Rentalutions, a Chicago, IL-based online platform that streamlines the rental process for do-it-yourself (DIY) landlords and their tenants, closed a $2m funding.
The round was led by Cultivation Capital with participation from M25 Group and Sandalphon Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Cultivation Capital General Partner Cliff Holekamp joined the Rentalutions board.
The company, which previously raised $1m in funding, intends to use the capital to new features to automate the renting processes.
Led by co-founder and CEO Ryan Coon, Rentalutions provides an online platform that enables do-it-yourself landlords and their tenants with knowledge and resources to simplify property listings, applicant screening, leasing, payments and maintenance.
The platform is used by more than 30,000 landlords and 65,000 tenants across the U.S.
