SimpleReach, a NYC-based content data platform, closed a $13.3m funding round.
The latest round was led by New York-based Spring Mountain Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Jamie Weston, a Managing Director of Spring Mountain Capital, has joined the Board of SimpleReach.
The company, which has raised $24m in total funding, intends to use the funds to accelerate growth.
Led by newly appointed CEO Hal Muchnick, new President Joshua Silberstein, and founder Edward Kim, who will become Executive Chairman, SimpleReach provided a data platform for publishers to measure their branded content programs. The platform also collects, verifies, normalizes and benchmarks content data to provide brand marketers with actionable, real-time insights.
Clients include The New York Times, CondƩ Nast, and Time Inc and well as brands such as Chase, Intel and Accenture.
