eVisit Raises $2m in Early Stage Funding

-

eVisit, a Phoenix, AZ-based telehealth software company, raised $2m in early stage funding.

Backers included Kickstart Seed Fund, Arizona Founders Fund, and angel investor Jeremy Andrus, CEO of Traeger Grills.

The company intends to use the funds to scale its sales, marketing, and support teams.

Led by Bret Larsen, Founder and CEO, eVisit provides a platform and mobile app that enables physicians to increase patient affinity, optimize patient flow, and monetize after-hour visits, and patients to reduce wait times and get access to their own doctor from home, work, and after hours using HIPAA-compliant, two-way HD video conferencing.
Physicians’ workflow functionality includes patient self-scheduling and/or on-demand visits, charting, ePrescribe, reimbursement tools, chat, reporting, HD video quality, and integration with more than 20 EHRs.
