ParkerGale Capital, a Chicago, IL-based private equity firm, hired Myra D’Souza as a Principal.
D’Souza will work with portfolio companies to implement talent management programs.
Prior to joining ParkerGale, she worked at PwC for five years as a consultant in their Deals practice focused on helping clients through integrations or divestitures, specializing in HR integration and divestiture planning, organization design and alignment, workforce planning, employee engagement and communications.
Before joining PwC, D’Souza spent three years at Infosys as part of their internal HR team as an HR generalist.
She holds a BA in Biochemistry and Kinesiology from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
