Dynamic Yield Raises $9m in Series C Funding

Dynamic Yield, a NYC-based personalization operating system, raised $9m in Series C funding.

Backers included two new investors, DTCP (Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners) and La Maison, which joined Claltech, Baidu, Vertex and Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing the total round raise to $31M.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its service to new industries and further invest in machine-learning and AI technology.

Led by Liad Agmon, CEO and co-founder, Dynamic Yield provides a martech personalization technology platform that combines data and activation to allow marketers to onboard data from all touch points along the consumer journey and act in real-time. Through the technology, companies can run personalization, recommendations, testing and behavioral messaging from a single platform to provide customers with cohesive experiences as they move across devices.
In total, Dynamic Yield personalizes experiences for more than 600 million users every month and counts Under Armour, Urban Outfitters, Sephora, Liverpool Football Club and PacSun among its 100+ enterprise clients.
Looking forward, the company plans to announce several features before the end of 2017 to enhance its machine learning algorithms and continue to set the standard in personalizing the entire customer journey.
It has more than 100 employees in six offices worldwide.
