The round was led by Information Venture Partners with participation from new investor Portag3 Ventures and existing investors Robert Bosch Venture Capital and Trellis Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Robert Antoniades and David Unsworth, Co-Founders and General Partners at Information Venture Partners, will join Flybits’ board of directors.
The company, which has raised a total of $14m since launching in 2013, will use the funds to ramp up sales efforts in the United States and Europe, reinforce its existing global presence and expand its product and engineering teams.
Led by Dr. Hossein Rahnama, Founder and CEO, Flybits provides a context-as-a-service platform that enables enterprises to navigate the complexity of data intelligence and contextualization to create and deliver personalized customer experiences that drive digital engagement.
