Lavanda, a London, UK-based property management company, raised £1m in funding.
Backers included Kenny Bruce, Harry Hill and Terry Leahy.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand its business reach.
Led by founder Guy Westlake, Lavanda is a full service property management and lettings agent which allows landlords and homeowners to let their properties on websites without dealing with cleaning or running the property.
Lavanda will market the property as a short, medium or long-term let across all major platforms from Rightmove and Zoopla to Airbnb and Booking.com to ensure maximum occupancy and optimal returns.
A property analytics platform gives total insight into the the cost base enabling users to understand and optimize net yield.
