Revere, a NYC-based health startup delivering fitness nutrition derived only from natural, whole foods, raised $2M in seed funding.
The round was led by Lerer Hippeau Ventures with participation from SterlingVC and Brand Foundry Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds for continuous product research and development, as well as for growing the team.
Led by CEO and co-founder Matthew Scott, Revere is announcing its line of ready-to-mix pre and post workout powder formulas that help users maximize the results they get from their exercise routines. Customers can sign up now on Revere’s website and receive personally tailored monthly kits of Revere’s proprietary, plant-based products.
Each packet is pre-portioned and formulated for each individual’s different workouts and nutrition needs.
Revere’s product formulations were developed by its board of nutritional science PhD’s and Product Development Advisor Mike Barwis.
