ZeroFOX, a Baltimore, MD-based social media and digital risk monitoring market platform provider, raised $40m in funding.
The round was led by Redline Capital Management and Silver Lake Waterman, Silver Lakeās late stage growth capital fund, with participation from existing investors New Enterprise Associates, Highland Capital Partners and Core Capital. In conjunction with the round, Alastair Cookson, Partner at Redline Capital Management, has joined ZeroFOX’ Board of Directors.
The company, which has raised a total of $88m in funding to date, will use the capital for global expansion and continued product innovation.
