Bambu, a Singapore-based B2B robo-adviser platform provider, secured an undisclosed amount of funding.
Backers included Franklin Templeton Investments, Wavemaker Partners and Robby Hilkowitz.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its sales and business development capability while further strengthening R&D in Singapore.
Founded in February 2016 by Ned Phillips, CEO, and Aki Ranin, Bambu has developed a robo-advisory platform. Its White Label solution automates the process of financial planning, saving and investing for consumers, on desktop and mobile. Launched in Singapore in November 2016, the company works with financial institutions around the world.
