QualiTest Group, an outsourced software testing and business assurance specialist with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Israel and India, has acquired Experior Group Limited, a Staines, England-based provider of software testing and quality assurance services and a SAP certified partner dedicated to software testing in the U.K.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Founded in 2002, Experior offers functional and non-functional testing services to clients, primarily associated with SAP testing requirements. It will now help QualiTest Group expand its U.K. presence and add a new capability in SAP testing to its product offering.
