The acquisition strengthens Netsertive’s position as a brand-to-local marketing tech platform.
Led by Brendan Morrissey, CEO and co-founder, Netsertive provides a marketing technology platform empowering brands, national retailers and local businesses to automate and scale distributed local marketing. Backers included RRE Ventures, Harbert Venture Partners, River Cities Capital Funds and Greycroft Partners.
Led by Charlie Tillinghast, CEO, Mixpo provides a creative management platform that enables publishers and marketers to build, manage and measure compelling video and rich media ad campaigns.
