Borumand will help source, identify, and support new investments.
He joins Ignition from Seattle-based Curious Capital. As a co-founder at Curious, he and his partner raised capital from outside investors and invested in seed stage technology companies.
Prior to Curious Capital, Borumand spent over two years at Vaquero Capital as an Investment Banking Analyst. At Vaquero, he led marketing and diligence efforts, as well as sourcing transactions for two leading software companies.
Borumand holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
