Klue, a Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada-based provider of competitive intelligence for enterprise salespeople, closed a C$4m financing.
The round was led by Omers Ventures with participation from BDC Capital, Vancouver Founder Fund, SK Ventures and angel investors, including Ryan Holmes (CEO, Hootsuite), Jonathan Ehrlich (Partner, Foundation Capital) and Daniel Debow (former SVP Salesforce, CEO Helpful).
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations.
Founded in 2015 by CEO Jason Smith and CTO Sarathy Naicker, Klue provides a tech platform for B2B enterprises including Adaptive Insights, Dell EMC, Hootsuite, Sage, Paychex, K2, Absolute Software, and DXC (spinout of HP) to collect, curate and distribute external and internal content relevant to sales and competitiveness.
The platform combines information shared by co-workers with bot collected intelligence from across the web into battlecards and living dashboards of competitor activity.
