Pegasus Solar, a San Francisco, CA-based designer and manufacturer of innovative rooftop mounting systems for solar installations, closed on an undisclosed Series A round of equity funding.
The round was led by Ecosystem Integrity Fund, with participation from Okapi Capital, Howard Wenger, Mike Miskovsky, and other solar industry executives.
The company intends to use the proceeds to grow its sales and customer support teams and to continue its efforts to design and manufacture efficient and functional solar mounting systems.
Led by Kai Stephan, Chief Executive Officer, Pegasus designs and manufactures innovative rooftop mounting systems for solar installations. The company provides a full suite of products, including the rail-less LightSpeed Mount system.
The company is currently offering a Free Trial Program for qualified installers nationwide, where it will provide the first three jobs free of charge along with on-site training of customers’ crews.
