Weekly Shirts, a Seoul, South Korea-based shirt rental service for men, raised $5m in seed funding.
The round was led by K Cube Ventures with participation from D.Camp and The Yoonmin Foundation.
The company intends to use the funds to improve the customer experience and expand the business through partnerships.
Launched in October 2016 and led by CEO Tae Hyun Kim, Weekly Shirts provides a delivery platform that enables people to get used shirts changed with washed and ironed ones by placing used shirts in a bag outside their home door.
The rental service, currently available in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, has a monthly delivery fee of $49.
