ArcheMedX, a Charlottesville, VA-based healthcare informatics and e-learning technology company, raised $2.5m in equity financing.
The round was led by early-stage investors Jaffray Woodriff and Greyson Williams.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate expand its leadership team, support product development and scale up marketing for its platform.
Led by Joel Selzer, co-founder and CEO, and Brian S. McGowan, Ph.D., Co-Founder and Chief Learning Officer, ArcheMedX provides a healthcare digital training and analytics platform to a customer base of academic medical centers, pharmaceutical industry leaders, professional societies, and medical education companies.
The company’s suite of digital learning and analytics products now powers more than 400 interactive and data-driven online training activities, collecting insights from tens of thousands of clinicians, and improving the knowledge and competence of healthcare professionals.
