Bullhorn, a Boston, MA-based cloud computing company for staffing and recruiting organizations, received an investment from Insight Venture Partners.
The amount of the deal – expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017 – was not disclosed. As part of the transaction, Insight will be purchasing all shares owned by Vista Equity Partners.
The company intends to use the funds for product development and accelerate growth.
Led by Art Papas, CEO and Founder, Bullhorn provides a cloud-based CRM and operations software platform for more than 7,000 staffing and recruiting firms worldwide to to drive sales, build relationships, power their recruitment processes from end to end and serve their customers effectively.
Boston, which has offices around the world, employs more than 650 people globally.
