CRM Web Solutions, a Bedford, TX-based provider of a SaaS CRM and marketing platform for the early childhood learning industry, received a growth equity investment from Growth Street Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with the investment, Stephen Wolfe and Nathan Grossman, Co-Founders of Growth Street Partners, will join CRM Web Solutions’ Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and to invest in people and product.
Co-founded in 2009 by Chuck Gibbs, CEO, Ryan Hodges and Seth Martin, CRM Web Solutions provides ChildCareCRM®, a SaaS based customer relationship management and marketing platform which allows early childhood learning center owners, directors, and marketing teams to improve their marketing effectiveness and convert more inquiries into enrollments.
The company’s SaaS solution is used by over 2,200 early childhood learning centers, schools, academies, and preschools, throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Customers include single center owners and nationwide operators.
