Reach Capital Launches Second Edtech Venture Capital Fund

Reach Capital, a Palo Alto, CA-based edtech venture capital firm, has launched its second fund.

Per an SEC filing, Reach II has a final target of $45M. No funds have been raised, yet.

The investment team includes:

– Wayee Chu, General Partner
– Jennifer Wu, Venture Partner
– Jim Lobdell, Venture Partner, and

Reach supports entrepreneurs developing technology solutions for challenges in early childhood, K-12 and higher education. The firm invests in early-stage tech tools, applications, content, and services to improve education opportunities for all children.
The firm also works as a sector catalyst, inspiring and enabling other investors to provide capital to edtech companies.
