TourRadar, a Vienna, Austria- Toronto, Canada- and Brisbane, Australia-based multi-day tour marketplace, closed its $10m Series B funding.
The round was led by Endeit Capital and existing investors Cherry Ventures and Hoxton Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to double its headcount, mainly in its tech and product department across the above offices, to increase performance marketing channels along with building up their brand awareness through video and content partnerships.
Launched in 2010 by Travis Pittman, CEO, TourRadar is an online marketplace for the touring industry committed to offering travellers a new way of comparing and booking multi-day tours. The site currently features more than 20,000 tours in approx. 200 countries, ranging from youth and adventure tours to luxury escorted vacations, which are provided by top tour brands.
