Less, a Paris, France based ride-sharing platform for short distances and commuters, raised €16m in funding.
Backers included Index Ventures and Daphni.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its operations and continue to develop the app.
Led by Jean-Baptiste Rudelle, Romain Niccoli, Florent Bouteiller and Francis Cohen, Less provides a ride-sharing service for commuters and other short distance rides. The app matches existing drivers going with other people looking for a ride on the way.
The service currently works in the Paris area.
