Mnubo, a Montreal, Canada-based Internet of Things (IoT) Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) company, raised $16.5m in Series B financing.
The round was led by Munich Re/HSB Ventures, with participation from White Star Capital, McRock Capital and other investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the international growth of its SmartObjects™ IoT Analytics and Data Science solution.
Founded in 2012 and led by Frederic Bastien, President and CEO, Mnubo provides a SaaS based data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence IoT insights platform to connected product manufacturers and service providers.
Currently, the company has a global customer base across consumer, commercial and industrial IoT verticals, including brands such as Johnson-Controls Hitachi and other product manufacturers.
