The Dots, a London, UK-based online community of creative professionals, designed to connect creatives with collaborators, companies and commercial opportunities, raised £4m in funding.
The round was led by Hambro Perks.
The company intends to use the funds to consolidate its position as a British challenger to LinkedIn.
Launched in 2014 by Pip Jamieson, The Dots is a professional network designed around the networking needs of creators, creatives, freelancers, entrepreneurs and millennials to showcase projects, build personal brand, and collaborate with other creators.
The company has a quarter of a million members already.
