Unitas Global, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of managed hybrid cloud solutions and IT services to large enterprises worldwide, received a $10m growth investment.
The investment was led by Boathouse Capital with participation from existing investors MK Capital and Azure Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Andrew Olsen, Principal at Boathouse Capital, joined the Unitas Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to further invest in proprietary software platforms, enhance services, bolster its team, and expand its geographic reach.
Led by Patrick Shutt, CEO, Unitas provides managed hybrid cloud solutions and IT services serving a diverse base of clients across a range of industries including healthcare, finance, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
In 2018, the company plans to launch a new technology platform focused on unifying hybrid cloud management, application orchestration, system and application performance monitoring, and cloud connectivity into a single seamless user experience.
