Innovate Services, Ltd., a UK-based school catering business, received an £8.5m investment.
Specialist sustainable and impact investor Bridges Fund Management made the majority investment.
The firm will now work with and build the management team to scale the platform and deepen Innovate’s impact focus.
Led by Geoff Peppiatt, Executive Chair, Innovate Services provides food and works with its partner schools (through events, school councils and parents’ meetings) to promote the benefits of healthy eating. Its school catering business currently provides food to over 90,000 children at primary and secondary schools in England.
