Integrity Applications Receives Investment from Arlington Capital Partners

Integrity Applications Incorporated, a Chantilly, Virginia-based provider of systems engineering, integrated solutions, technical analysis and subject matter expertise for the intelligence and defense communities, received an investment from Arlington Capital Partners.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Arlington plans to combine the company with its existing investment in Xebec, a specialized provider of human intelligence solutions to the intelligence community, which was previously acquired in September 2017.

Led by Dave Dzaran, CEO, and Joe Brickey, co-founder, IAI is an engineering and software solutions company with a nationwide presence primarily supporting the intelligence community and other defense and civilian government customers. The company has specific technical and domain expertise in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems including radar, electro-optical /infrared and MASINT payloads, ground systems, imagery-based geo-positioning and targeting, photogrammetric analysis, Service Oriented Architectures, unmanned systems, and missile defense.
IAI has additional offices in California, Hawaii, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Maryland.

Paul Frommelt, Steven Wear, and Kenneth A. Abeloe, also co-founders of IAI, participated in the recapitalization and will remain involved in IAI’s strategic growth initiatives in the future.
