CipherHealth, a NYC-based patient communication, engagement and care coordination software company, received a strategic growth investment from JMI Equity.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with the funding, Matt Emery, General Partner at JMI, will join the board.
The company intends to use the funds to grow and expand operations.
