StripSupply, a Boston, MA-based company focused on the diabetic test strip market, secured a seed round funding of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by LaunchByte Ventures, in a syndicate alongside a group of serial entrepreneurs, physicians, and angel investors. In conjunction with the investment, Tan Kabra, Founder and Managing Director of LaunchByte Ventures, and Cindy Nguyen, CFO of Circulation, will join StripSupply’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate its development efforts.
Founded in 2018 by Jay Hastings, CEO, and Salvatore Viscomi, MD, Chief Medical Officer, StripSupply is dedicated to improving access to care by allowing people with diabetes to purchase provides FDA-approved glucose test strips through a monthly subscription service.
