Scopely, a Culver City, CA-based mobile-games company, raised additional $100M in Series C funding.
Backers included Revolution Growth, Greycroft Partners and Evolution Media.
The company, which has raised $160m in Series C funding including the first tranche raised last year more than $250m in total funding to date, intends to use the funds to make acquisitions and invest in game studios and intellectual property.
Led by Walter Driver, CEO and co-founder, Scopely is a touchscreen entertainment network, that creates genre-defining games for both casual and core gamers along with development partners.
