Peek, a San Francisco-based provider of software for tour operators, raised $23m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Cathay Innovation, with participation from Paul English, the Kayak co-founder.
The company intends to use the funds to expand to Europe and China.
Led by Ruzwana Bashir, Co-founder and CEO, and Oskar Bruening, Co-founder and CTO, Peek develops software for tour operators and travel activity providers. The company works with high quality vendors via a team of travel experts that handpicks the best activities to provide a personalized selection of experiences that match the varied travel styles of its customers.
Peek said it offers more than 10,000 real-time activities in the U.S..
In addition to the funding, the startup has announced a partnership with Google that will see its inventory added to Google Search, Google Maps and Google Trips.
