Federal Data Systems, a Columbia, MD-based provider of critical infrastructure and services to the Department of Defense and the national intelligence community, received an investment of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by McNally Capital, with participation from Profile Capital Management and Pine Crest Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to grow its team of intelligence, infrastructure and threat defense professionals.
Led by Jamie Benoit, CEO, Federal Data Systems provides critical infrastructure and services to the Department of Defense and the National Intelligence Community and threat reduction and counterintelligence services to major corporations. Founded in 2006, the company specializes in the design, delivery, implementation and monitoring of automated systems with a corporate focus on infrastructure design, data security, incident response, continuity of operations, and information assurance.
