Amp Solar Group, a Toronto, Canada-based global developer of flexible clean energy infrastructure, closed C$200m financing.
The round was led by Colorado-based Zoma Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to to continue the development, acquisition and build out of clean energy infrastructure assets in its core markets.
Founded in 2009 and led by Dave Rogers, President and CEO, Amp is a global developer of flexible clean energy infrastructure. The company develops, owns and operates clean energy assets both behind and in front of the meter.
The company has a portfolio of over 700MW of distributed generation and utility scale energy projects and a development pipeline of over 2GW of projects in North America, Japan, Australia and India.
It also has operations in North America, Japan, India and Australia.
