Answer 1, LLC, a Phoenix, AZ-based virtual receptionist company serving small and medium sized businesses across the United States, received a growth capital investment from Sunstone Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with the funding, Gustavo Alberelli and Arneek Multani, Managing Directors at Sunstone Partners, Parker Davis, and Jeff Rich, an Operating Partner at Sunstone Partners, joined Answer 1’s board of directors.
Led by Parker Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer, Answer 1 provides a comprehensive solution set of receptionist and call center services for thousands of clients across a wide spectrum of end markets, to increase clients’ lead capture rates, reduce costs, and improve brand image.
The company has additional operations in Lake Havasu City, AZ and Richmond, VA.
Sunstone Partners is a growth equity firm focused on minority and majority investments in technology-enabled services and software businesses. The firm is currently investing out of Sunstone Partners I, a $310m fund.
