Graycliff Partners completed the acquisition of Pebble Technology International, Inc., a Scottsdale, AZ-based designer and manufacturer of high quality swimming pool finishes.
Graycliff purchased the business from a small group of individual shareholders.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to further capture market share in underpenetrated regions, both domestically and internationally.
Founded in 1987 and led by Darrell Eckstein, CEO, PebbleTec is a brand leader in swimming pool finishes, specializing in high end aggregate finishes. The company sources premium stones of varying sizes and colors from across the globe (including New Zealand, Chile and Mexico).
The company serves applicators and pool builders worldwide through manufacturing and processing centers in Arizona and Louisiana.
