Tresata Receives $50M from GCP Capital Partners

tresataTresata, a Charlotte, NC-based analytics software company, received a $50m growth capital investment.

GCP Capital Partners made the investment, which valued the 7-year-old company at $1 billion.

The company will use the funds to expand adoption of its solutions globally.

Co-founded in 2011 by Abhishek Mehta and Richard Morris, Tresata is an enterprise software company, delivering AI-powered cloud-first automation software that solves complex data problems. The company serves large companies addressing challenging data issues, including anti-money laundering, population health issues and omni-channel marketing.

Tresata – which also has offices in New York and Chicago – is recognized as a pioneer in the Big Data software market, and has been ranked the fastest growing analytics software company in America.
