Aquant, a New York-based AI-powered Service Intelligence platform for manufacturing and service companies, raised $10m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Lightspeed, with participation from World Trade Ventures, Angular Ventures and SilverTech Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2016 by Shahar Chen and Assaf Melochna, Aquant provides a SaaS enterprise AI platform that leverages artificial intelligence and natural language processing for companies’ CRM, Asset Management and Workforce Management data silos. Its data-driven technology mines historical data for insights, merges all existing data silos and creates a centralized system for all service data and decision making.
