China Renaissance K2 Ventures, a Beijing, China-based venture capital firm, raised $67.5m for two venture capital funds.
According to two SEC forms, the firm:
– raised $27.5m toward a $250m K2 Partners IV from 5 investors (read here); and
– raised $40m toward at $300m K2 Venture Partners from 6 investors (read here).
Founded in 2010, K2VC is a venture capital firm focused on technology, business model innovations and changing consumer lifestyles covering both early stage and growth stage opportunities.
The firm has invested in nearly 400 companies across Internet & Mobile, Fin-tech, Consumer, Healthcare, etc.
The team of over 60 is led by Managing Directors Yuan Cui, Shiyu Wang, Keyi Chen and Fan Bao, Partner K2 angel partners Yang Zhao, and Partner K2 venture partners Rebecca Peng.
