Crisp Raises €3M in Funding

-

crispCrisp, an Amsterdam, The Netherlands-based online supermarket app, raised €3m in funding.

The funding came from unnamed Dutch entrepreneurs and private investors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Founded in April 2018 by Tom Peeters, Michiel Roodenburg, René Bink and Eric Klaassen and launched in November 2018, Crisp is an online supermarket that delivers food (a wide range in vegetables, fruit, super fresh fish, hand made pasta’s, over sixty cheeses, eighty wines and pancakes) straight from the source bringing together the offering of farmers markets and different specialty stores.
The app currently shows fresh products from over 200 different suppliers, including small, local specialists.
