Fashwire, a Seattle, WA-based mobile fashion designer discovery platform, raised $1.2M in a $2.5M Series A round.
Backers included angel investors from Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York (such as Manny Rivelo).
The company is currently raising an additional $1.3M to scale and meet the global demand for its designer platform.
Led by Kimberly Carney, Founder and CEO, Fashwire provides a fashion designer discovery and shopping marketplace optimized to drive consumer engagement while giving brands reports on consumer impact. Designers and retailers will have the ability to use this targeted consumer data to forecast the popularity of new ranges, potential future products and customer intent.
The company currently works with over 100 fashion brands.
The iOS and Android are available on the Apple and Google Play stores.
