Wrike, a San Jose, Calif.-based collaborative work management platform for high-performance teams, is to receive a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Existing investors, including Filev, Bain Capital Ventures, and Scale Venture Partners, will retain a significant stake in Wrike.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate global growth and product development.
Led by Andrew Filev, CEO and founder, Wrike provides a SaaS-based collaborative work management platform that allows teams, departments, and whole organizations to plan, manage, and collaborate on projects and tasks in real-time. The platform operates across all functions to unify the enterprise in a single digital workplace with all the features, tools, and integrations needed to automate and complete work at scale.
It is used by more than 15,000 companies in 130 countries.
