4iQ Raises $18M in Series B Funding

4iq4iQ, a Los Altos, Calif.-based identity attribution analysis and a provider of intelligence for the largest identity theft protection vendors, closed $18m in Series B funding.

The round was led by C5 Capital with participation from ForgePoint Capital, Adara Ventures, and Benhamou Global Ventures (BGV). Additionally, André Pienaar, Managing Partner of C5 Capital, and Anik Bose, General Partner of BGV, will join the 4iQ Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product innovation and customer acquisition.

Led by Monica Pal, CEO, 4iQ is an identity intelligence company that provides intel analysts, security researchers, and criminal investigators with capabilities to discover, uncover, and disrupt adversaries. Its offerings include 4iQ IDLake™, which archives more than 14 billion identity records collected from open sources on the deep and dark web from breaches and other open sources. It powers 4iQ IDHunt, an identity intelligence and attribution analysis solution used by Fraud Investigation Units, Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime Intel Units, and advanced Security Operations Centers.

The 4iQ IDLake™ also powers 4iQ IDTheft, used by some of the largest Identity Theft Protection service providers to alert millions of consumers of exposed personal information.
